Job Description:
Candidate will assist the Office Manager of an onsite HOA office serving a community of approximately 1,500 single family homes in a suburban subdivision.
Job Duties:
Greet homeowners in office and assist with issues
Conduct deed restriction inspections for violations and assist with enforcement
Assist with community events such as 50+ luncheons, holiday festivities including the annual Santa Parade, Memorial Day Party, National Night Out and Trunk-or-Treat
Manage private clubhouse party rentals from homeowners
Attend HOA meetings (4-5 per year)
Assist with proxies
Liaise with pool management company/pool manager
Publish quarterly newsletter, create flyers and direct mail media
Update website with announcements, meeting minutes, agendas and digital media
Assist homeowners with registration access to online portal
Interact with vendors and contractors
Handle title transfers and resale certificates
General office work, filing, answering the phone and handling email correspondence, accepting and processing payments, prepare reports, and other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or better
Previous experience working in an HOA (or similar office environment) preferred
Valid driver’s license and self-insured transportation
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
Professional customer service attitude
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with attention to details and solve problems
Proficient with MS Office suite; general computer and office equipment knowledge
