  • 3:00 - 4:00 - After-party (Exhibitors are encouraged to leave their booths an enjoy the festivities!)

Credentials
  • Please pick up Exhibitors badges from Exhibitor Registration table when you arrive to set-up.
  • Four (4) badges will be issued per Exhibit Booth purchase.
  • Exhibitor badges are to be used/worn ONLY by Exhibitors working in the booth. 

Vendor Badges
A minimum of one exhibitor must be in attendance at the exhibit during the period of exhibition. Four (4) vendor representatives are allowed at the company tabletop free of charge.  Any additional representatives with the company will need to pay $50.00 per person to be at the company’s exhibit booth.  Representatives will receive nametags, lunch, and a drink ticket. Representatives must wear their name badges while on the Trade Show premises. Additional badges can be purchased by emailing jazanza@caihouston.org or calling 713.784.5462. 
Suitcasing Policy
NON-EXHIBITING VENDORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND. ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE AN EXHIBIT BOOTH.

In fairness to vendors that financially support the Trade Show, non-exhibiting vendors will not be admitted to the event Individuals who work for a vendor company must register as an Exhibitor. Vendors who register as an “Attendee” without prior authorization from CAI Greater Houston will have their registration canceled and will be subject to a forfeiture of registration fees.  Contact Jesus Azanza, jazanza@caihouston.org or 713.784.5462, for more information.
Special Displays
Background fixtures and showcases up to 10 feet in height may be allowed and installed in the exhibit space to a distance of 4 feet from the back wall of the space, but may not exceed a height of 4 feet in the remaining area of the booth and must be designed and constructed so as not to detract from the appearance of the adjoining tabletop booths or the exhibit area.  Displays may not exceed the booth size of 10' wide X 8' deep.  Pop up tents will not be allowed
Electricity, Table Skirts and Additional Rentals
Electricity and table skirts are available and must be requested in advance. Requests must be made in advance by emailing jazanza@caihouston.org.

Food/Beverage/Alcohol
Lunch will be provided during the tradeshow.  Vendors may bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.  Alcohol can be purchased at the bar or coordinated in advance of the show, by contacting Jarmel Doss directly at 815-582-0942/jarmel@famhospitalitygroup.com who handles the alcohol sales for The POST Houston.  For additional information please email jazanza@caihouston.org.

No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed
Loading/Unloading
Exhibitors can park behind the building to unload/load their displays. We ask that you promptly move your vehicle when you are finished so that we can grant access to other vehicles.  The exhibit space is located on the second floor and can be accessed by two elevators and multiple staircases.  With limited elevator space, please be prepared for delays the day of the show.
Room Block
The event does not have a formal room block; however, several will be staying at the C. Baldwin Hotel in Downtown Houston.
