REGISTRATION - $150/PP (PAID FOR BY BUSINESS PARTNERS)
Here's how it works:
STEP 1 — Managers register online (FREE) and are included on the master attendee list. Registration will be held between June 8 -19, 2026!
STEP 2 — CAI Greater Houston Chapter Premium Partners purchase tickets ($150 each) and select managers from the master attendee list to sit at their table (10 seats/table, invitations are sent by CAI GHC based on submission list).
*IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR 2026: ALL TABLE SEATING WILL BE PROCESSED BY THE CAI GREATER HOUSTON CHAPTER (CAI GHC). MANAGERS/MANAGEMENT COMPANY STAFF WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL WHO THEY ARE SITTING WITH BY CAI GHC. MANAGERS/MANAGEMENT COMPANY STAFF CANNOT ACCEPT INVITATIONS DIRECTLY FROM BUSINESS PARTNERS AND SHOULD REGISTER ONLINE BEFORE THE JUNE 19, 2026 DEADLINE. NAMES NOT ON THE LIST BY JUNE 19, 2026 ARE NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT ON THE ATTENDEE LIST.
INVITATIONS ACCEPTED BY MANAGERS/MANAGEMENT COMPANY STAFF OUTSIDE OF THE CAI GHC SELECTION PROCESS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED VALID. DUE TO VENUE CAPACITY LIMITS, SAME-DAY REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE AN OPTION IN 2026.

Silver & Bronze Premium Partners - 6/29/2026 - 7/6/2026
Open Ticket Sales (all vendors) - July 7, 2026
Premium Partners can purchase tickets at any point after their selection window has opened. For example, Diamond & Gold Premium Partners who did not select from the manager list between June 22 – 28, 2026 can continue to select during the Silver & Bronze Premium Partner selection on 6/29/2026 - 7/6/2026.
IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING REGISTRATION
Cap on registration for Managers
In order to maximize the number of community association managers/management company staff in attendance, Business Partners who purchase full tables will be limited to no more than three representatives from their company. Restriction does not apply to blended tables (i.e. tables that combine multiple business partners who do not purchase full tables).
